Job Description
We're on the lookout for a confident and motivated Front Office All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at Hotel Woolstore 1888. This is a hybrid Guest Service Agent/Reservations role, perfect for someone with a passion for guest engagement, strong attention to detail and a flair for handling group bookings and event enquiries.
In this diverse role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests - both in person and behind the scenes. You'll combine warm, personalised front desk service with proactive reservation and sales responsibilities to ensure every stay starts with a great impression and ends with satisfaction.
