FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST - ibis Budget Portishead Marina - (Maternity cover)
We are looking for a new Team Member to join our Front Office Team, if you are proactive, self-driven and able to work effectively in a team then we are looking for you!
Job description:
In this role, you will report directly into the General Manager and here are some of your duties:
- Dealing with complaints (face to face as well as answering reviews on line),
- Welcoming and helping our guests throughout their journey in our hotel,
- Check in and check out of the guests,
- Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay,
- Handling daily banking reports, commissions, refunds, cancelations and no shows.
- Taking reservations, managing group bookings, balancing inventory.
- Ensuring all emails are replied and cleared daily.
- Be a brand ambassador for the Accor Loyalty programme.
- Assisting the F&B Team when possible (Don't worry, they also help front office too!)
