Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to join our dynamic organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the key leader of our company, you will be responsible for driving overall business performance, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee daily operations of all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive organizational success
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Implement and oversee quality management systems to maintain high standards of product/service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the company at industry events and in the local business community
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
- Manage crisis situations and make critical decisions to mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, human resources, and operations management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make decisive decisions in complex situations
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic business environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
- Experience in change management and implementing organizational transformations
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment
- Track record of successfully developing and executing strategic plans
