As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and functionality to meet the needs of our hotel operations.
Job Description
Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
Train and support hotel staff in the use of IT systems and applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers, security, and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in software and database management, with experience in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
