Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Site General Manager to lead two unique properties in Southern Poland: ibis Styles Krakow Centrum and Mercure Katowice Centrum. As the face of both brands, you will embody their values and ensure the delivery of outstanding guest experiences while driving strong commercial results.

In this key leadership role, you will provide strategic direction, foster high-performing teams, and maintain strong visibility in both the local markets and within Accor's network. Your ability to build strong relationships, lead with purpose, and drive performance will be critical to your success across both properties.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight across both hotels.
• Drive top-line performance, profitability, and sustainable growth while achieving key business KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop engaged teams at each hotel, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and operational policies.
• Champion guest satisfaction and service excellence to consistently exceed expectations.
• Maintain high visibility with guests, employees, owners, and community stakeholders.
• Attract and retain top talent through active involvement in the recruitment and development process.
• Promote the brand identities of both properties and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Build strong relationships with local partners, institutions, and business communities in Krakow and Katowice.
• Represent Accor and each hotel with pride, embodying the values of innovation, sustainability, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within branded, managed hotel environments-multi-property experience is a plus.
• Commercially savvy with a solid track record of driving business performance and revenue growth.
• A strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong relationship builder who can inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is mandatory
• Passionate about hospitality, sustainability, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
