Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are currently looking for friendly and detail-oriented room attendants to maintain the impeccable presentation of our rooms and public spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Job Description

Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way

Our Housekeeping team is essential to the success of our hotel, with Room Attendants playing a key role in ensuring the pristine condition of all rooms. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisors, your main responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors.
Managing inventory levels for linen, minibar items, and essential room supplies.
Adhering to proper procedures for reporting any lost property.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development, and who are committed to making a meaningful impact within our team. If you're driven to elevate the guest experience and contribute to the success of a premier 5-star hotel, we want to hear from you.

Possess a positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
Are physically fit and comfortable working independently
Have a keen eye for detail
Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and are available to work a seven-day roster, including weekends and holidays.
