Job Description
-To supervise and contribute in the functions of Sales within the Sales Department at ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ensuring that various activities of the hotel are properly and accurately recorded in accordance with Accor's Policies & Procedures and local regulations.
-Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and going on sales calls.
-Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Qualifications
-Degree or Master's in Sales.
-2 to 4 years' of work experience.
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
-Pleasant personality & grooming.
-Comfortable taking ownership of projects.
