Step into a unique opportunity to join the culinary team at Hotel Rotary Geneva - MGallery Collection, a refined and artfully designed hotel in the heart of Geneva, part of Accor's luxury boutique collection.

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a temporary summer position (July to end of August 2025) to support our talented kitchen team.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

Assist in the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
Support the team in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Contribute to menu execution and seasonal offerings in line with our brand's refined gastronomic identity.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
A hands-on, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure.
Passion for culinary excellence and team collaboration.
