Job Description
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to ensure the recruitment of qualified and diverse individuals.
- Implement and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the Novotel family.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers in talent development and succession planning.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent and culture initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years in a Human Resources Leadership role for a similar organisation or industry.
A minimum bachelor level degree in a related field
A knowledge of luxury operations and delivering luxury service
