The Training and Engagement Facilitator at Sofitel Brisbane Central provides a range of learning and development programs and services, both operational and administrative, to assist the Talent and Culture team in maintaining a strong and capable workforce and to drive a positive culture in the hotel.
Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture and working within a small human resources department that looks after the hotel's 300+ ambassadors, you will be part of a high-performing team that cherishes and nurtures its people and encourages fresh ideas and positive change.
This role works closely with hotel employees at all levels to plan, create and deliver and report on compliance and development training, with a key focus on building brand awareness, maintaining quality and enabling skills development.
Focused on delivering timely, accurate and engaging content in line with the Sofitel and Accor brand standards, the successful candidate will be a reliable team player with integrity and grit, who displays a consistently positive attitude and a guest-centric approach.
