As Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
Responsibilities:
-Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys.
-Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
-Proudly promote the hotel facilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience of 4years in the same position as Guest service Agent/Receptionist/Frond desk Agent in hotels in UAE is required.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Must speak English and French fluently
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
