Am currently working as a breakfast/ Italian specialty chef in the wake of corona virus, whereby my tasks include writing a requisition for items require for efficient and smooth operation on the station while observing FIFO , preparations of items for breakfast be it eggs, sauces and condiments for omelets. Am also IN charge of the pizza and pasta station where prepare mis en place and produce orders in timely fashion. Am also tasked with observing high standards of cleanliness and HACCUP.
