Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with fluency in Russian to join our team at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by attracting new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate companies, event planners, and individual guests.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the travel and hospitality industry.
Conduct sales presentations and showcase the unique features and offerings of our resort.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new customers.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our resort's facilities, services, and packages.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the resort and build a strong professional network.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian is essential, both written and spoken.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of the local and international travel market, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
