Dubai, UAE – July 2025 - Dusit Thani Dubai has unveiled a new breakfast experience at its signature dining destination, 24th St. World Street Food. The update reimagines buffet culture with a distinctly global offering rooted in sustainability, wellness, and a deep respect for local ingredients.
At the heart of the concept is Dusit’s “Tree of Life” framework, guiding the space’s design and ingredient choices. Six live kitchens—Arabic, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese—celebrate the cultural richness of Dubai while honouring the principles of connection and nourishment.
The details are as thoughtful as they are flavorful. Diners will find wild Australian honey infused in-house with ingredients like lemongrass, galangal, and orange peel. Even the gravlax, cured on site with local loomi (dried lime), is prepared using responsibly farmed salmon from Abu Dhabi.
A newly introduced Thai vegetarian corner highlights the convergence of cultures, where UAE-grown eggplant and Thai pandan enrich recipes like green curry and congee. Flavored yogurts, homemade granola, and a vibrant bakery round out a breakfast that blends innovation with tradition.
