Each Saturday, guests can expect a different expression of Makira’s signature style—whether it’s a bold new twist on classic maki rolls, flavour-packed bowls, or seasonal creations inspired by modern Japanese cuisine. The experience includes a four-course set menu paired with a signature drink, priced at AED 99 per person.
Highlights from the menu include light starters like Seafood Salad and Miso Soup, followed by a sushi and roll platter featuring crowd favourites such as the Dragon Roll, Tuna Nigiri, and the colourful Orange Lady Roll made with salmon, mango, and crabstick. Dessert brings a refreshing finish with mochi and seasonal fruits.
