The Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is excited to recruit for an AM Food & Beverage Supervisor on our Eques Restaurant Team!
Our guests get to start their morning at Eques, the hotel's award-winning restaurant and one of the best breakfast places in Bellevue.
About the role
This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the breakfast & brunch service in a hospitality setting, ensuring excellent guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate service to ensure efficient and timely delivery
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Assist in scheduling and organizing staff shifts
• Report any operational issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Support overall food and beverage operations as needed.
The hourly rate for this position is $26/hour.
