The Role
Reporting to the Regional General Manager of Operations. Jo's General Manager is responsible for the management of Jo's Coffee Shops located in Austin, Tx. The General Manger will ensure that planning, budgeting, financial reporting and menu execution complies as part of the Jo's brand.
The person in this position must have good communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts and a thorough understanding of Company policies. Furthermore, the Jo's General Manager has the responsibility of developing and maintaining the location's culture, values, and reputation in the public eye, and with all staff, guests, vendors and partners.
