We are looking for a well-experienced Assistant F&B Marketing Manager who will assist the Director of Food and Beverage with the overall marketing operations of the hotel's Food and Beverage division.
In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive cover & revenue, including collaboration with the hotel's marketing and communications department on social media and digital campaigns, creating promotional content, and coordinating events to showcase F&B offerings. Moreover, you will be responsible for playing a role in analyzing market trends, engaging with customers and partners, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in luxury hotels for at least 2 years, and shall possess the following qualities:
