Description
You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful execution of events and meetings at the hotel. This includes working closely with clients, operational departments and vendors to ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning or hotel banquet sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
