Description
1.Responsible for the daily operation of activities of various departments, including the promotion of family leisure and pet-friendly rooms, set up and organize kids' activities, pet experience competition and small animal feeding, etc., and coordinate and docking work according to the theme activities launched by the holiday.
2.Work closely with hotel management to understand customer needs, design and implement various themed events and products. Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by constantly innovating and enriching the hotel's event offerings.
3.Develop and implement an activity calendar of hotel recreation, including but not limited to daily classes, themed parties,,activity competitions, social interactions, etc
4.Communicate with customers, understand their needs and suggestions, and improve the quality and content of activities based on their feedback.
5.After all the recreation activities, it is necessary to analyze the guest participation and satisfaction rate, adjust and improve the planning and execution of future activities timely, enhance the attraction of the hotel's recreation activities.
6.Pay attention to hotel industry trends and the dynamics of competitors, and constantly look for new ideas and opportunities to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of hotel recreation services.
7.Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Recreation Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Director of Sales and Marketing, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
Qualifications
1.College degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in the entertainment industry.
2. Familiar with the management and operation process of hotel activities such as fitness centers, parent-child parks, pet ownership, etc.
3. Master basic hotel management knowledge, understand cost management and accounting, and be familiar with entertainment facility management.
4. Good communication and social skills, able to work closely with other departments of the hotel.
5. Priority will be given to those with hotel related work experience or experience in coordinating large-scale amusement park activities.
