The Role

Responsible for Hyatt's global Property Management Systems:

•Opera v5, Opera Cloud, and TCA Innsist.

•Hosting, Vendor Management

•Product Management

•Incident Management & Escalations

•System Configuration

•Application Configuration

•Implementation

•Patching

•User Acceptance Testing

•User Access Management

•Training

•Application Support for Users

Hyatt's hosted Opera PMS is one of Hyatt's most critical and highly visible applications with required uptime greater than 99%. This role is also responsible for the success of the Opera cloud rollout to all Hyatt hotels and the ongoing strategy for Opera cloud. This also includes responsibility for deployment for specific country locations for Data residency and Opera Cloud hosting in China.

The role is also responsible for Hyatt's global Payments team. Collaborating with executives from many areas across all regions, we define the global payments strategy for Hyatt. Responsible for implementing the payments strategy, which will include multiple hardware and software vendors across different countries and involving Hyatt teams, including: Digital, IT, Legal, Operations, Finance, Tax, Commercial Services, PMO, Sales, Treasury, Cyber, and Shared Services.

Qualifications
Experience Required:

•10+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role

Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred

•10 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels

•10 years running large cross-functional, multi-year projects

•5 years of hotel PMS experience, specifically Opera V5 or Opera Cloud.

•5 years of application hosting experience

Thefinalpayrate/salaryofferedtothesuccessfulcandidatewilldependonexperience,skilllevelandotherqualificationsfortherole,aswellasthelocationoftheperformanceofwork.Payforthesuccessfulcandidatewillmeetlocalrequirements,includingthelocalminimumwagerate.
