Description
Barista provides attentive, dynamic, and inspiring tableside service for our restaurant guests. He must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging and service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds the expectations of our guests. The primary responsibility of a Barista is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee-making equipment. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience crafting coffee beverages preferred. Refined verbal communication skills.
