Murano, the island of glass, will introduce you to the lifestyle of a true Venetian and allow you to (re)discover Venice and its islands through the eyes of its inhabitants. And... we are looking for a Chef de Partie joining our team!

Summary

Are you a motivated individual with strong attention to detail, guest oriented and with the ability to work in team but also independently? Do you have a passion for hospitality and keen to welcome and serve our guests letting guests discover venetian habits and culture? Then we are looking for you!

What you will do during your experience with us:

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for supporting the kitchen brigade during service operations, in accordance with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures. The role contributes to creating a harmonious working environment with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of all dishes, as well as the cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
Maintain a professional and ethically sound relationship with colleagues, suppliers, and guests.
Be proactive in teamwork and foster a collaborative environment.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations (e.g., checking fridge temperatures, labeling prepared and unprepared food, sanitizing workstations, using products as per HACCP requirements, etc.).
Monitor the correct use and maintenance of equipment and tools provide
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Attend and contribute to all training sessions and meetings as required.
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
