Come be part of our Engineering team as the Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Mechanic at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.
What are you responsible for?
The Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Mechanic is primarily responsible for the maintenance of our kitchen equipment throughout the hotel including climate control systems such as refrigeration storage units, ice machines, and beverage equipment. Other equipment or projects may be assigned as needed. This person must have a strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, controls trouble shooting, and schematic reading. Previous engineering experience and a CFC certification is required.
