ãJob Responsibilitiesã
Be fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the Human Resources department. Develop and implement the hotel's HR strategic plan to ensure alignment with the overall development strategy of the hotel. Oversee and optimize all HR modules, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, to enhance the level of HR management. Establish and improve the hotel's HR management systems and processes, supervise their implementation, and continuously improve them to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lead the talent pipeline development, formulate talent development plans for key positions, and reserve high-quality talents for the hotel's development. Handle employee labor relations issues, coordinate and resolve labor disputes, and maintain harmonious employee relations and corporate culture. Regularly analyze HR data, submit relevant reports, and provide data support for management decision-making. Take the lead in building the hotel's employee training system to improve employees' professional skills and service awareness, and ensure service quality and standards. Be responsible for the construction of the hotel's corporate culture, plan employee activities, and enhance team cohesion and employee sense of belonging.

1.Possess solid professional knowledge in human resource management and be familiar with labor laws and related regulations
2. Have excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, and be able to efficiently handle cross - departmental collaboration issues
3. Have strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, and be able to translate human resource strategies into specific action plans
4.Have a deep understanding of the hotel industry, and be familiar with the operating models and human resource management characteristics of hotels
5.Have good data analysis skills, and be able to drive human resource management decisions through data
6.Be highly resilient and able to adapt to a fast - paced working environment, and properly handle unexpected issues
7.Have excellent leadership and team management skills, and be able to inspire the potential of the team
