Description
The Engineering - Lead is a platform to join our highly skilled and recognized Engineering team. This role can afford you the possibility to grow and advance within the company. The Engineering - Lead will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front and back of the house areas including; kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Must have the ability to follow manufacturers specifications, read blue prints and schematics along with advanced trouble-shooting skills. A minimum of five years building maintenance experience is required with hotel experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills are necessary. Advanced skills in diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, controls, building fire alarm systems, electrical distribution, central plant systems such as chillers, boilers, hot water heaters, pumps, refrigeration systems and all related controls is required.
