An Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for shift coverage and therefore must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, using a windows based computer system. Ability to read blue prints and schematics is also required. Responsibilities also include, walking rooms, preparing daily work, preparing daily supplies. A minimum of 3-years building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems, is required for this position. Good communication skills are necessary. Additionally, this position requires strong leadership skills, and a willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates.
Full Time
$21-$27/hr

Qualifications
Open scheduling availability including weekends and holidays.
Minimum 3 years engineering experience in hotel capacity.
Strong knowledge of MEP.
Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds).
Must be a team player but able to work independently as well.
Able to multitask and prioritize assignments.
