ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Analyzing food and beverage sales data, including trends, customer preferences, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Working closely with culinary teams to analyze menu performance, pricing strategies, and profitability to optimize menu offerings and maximize revenue.
• Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, ordering patterns, and supplier performance to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste while maintaining product quality.
• Implementing cost control measures and analyzing expenses to identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
• Conducting regular quality assessments of food and beverage products and services to ensure consistency, adherence to standards, and guest satisfaction.
The colleague is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
• A solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform strategic decision-making.
• Previous Hotel or Resort experience desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The working conditions for a Food and Beverage Analyst at a resort are dynamic and diverse, reflecting the vibrant nature of the hospitality industry. You can expect to work in a collaborative environment, interacting with various departments such as culinary, procurement, marketing, and finance.
