We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager, who will lead and drive the brand's positioning, visibility, and storytelling in the market, operating under the Hyatt family.

The Group Sales Manager leads the efforts to solicit, secure, and coordinate group meetings and events, maximizing banquet and meeting spaces to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Drive top-line revenue following sales strategies set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Identify and maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel's event spaces.
Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets.
Proactively target and secure new business opportunities from key accounts and market segments.
Manage and respond to incoming inquiries efficiently (within 4 hours).
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment, and FAM trips.
Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, and support event execution alongside Convention Services.
Accurately forecast room blocks and revenues for assigned groups.
Develop and maintain sales contracts.
Analyze budgets and contribute to departmental financial goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Experience in luxury hotel sales and/or experiential services is a plus.
Advanced sales and negotiation skills with a high conversion rate.
Proven ability to identify and secure new business (prospecting, cold-calling).
Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Knowledge ofcontract management.
Financial principles: budgeting, P&L, forecasting.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
High-level presentation and public speaking abilities.
Ability to influence and close sales opportunities.
