Description
Assistant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for assisting in the functional processes of GPGS Korea with an emphasis on Labour Relations and Employee Relations. The role will also include assistance with the administration of benefits and payroll, talent acquisition, policy administration, maintenance of HR data and analytics and compliance matters. The individual must be able to work independently and be a subject matter expert on Korean Labour Law. The role will help to grow the culture of Care in Hyatt and will interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a corporate enviornment
• 1 to 2 years in Human Resources management capacity.
• 1+ Year Experience in Labour and Employee relations.
Additional Comments and Requirements
• Good command of English proficiency, both in written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is critical and ability to multi-task.
• Very strong communication and human relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a rapidly business grow environment
• Ability to maintain significant levels of confidentiality
