Description
The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department for the GPGS Japan Hub.
This role will support the Site Director with all aspects of HR functions for GPGS Operation in Japan. The Manager of HR role is a generalist position overseeing a variety of HR functions relating to talent acquisition, compensation, colleague relations, benefits, payroll, policy administration and
compliance matters.
The role is also responsible for providing HR advice to key stakeholders on strategic initiatives for the operation. As a senior member of the leadership team, the HR Manager will help establish and grow the Care culture of Hyatt, and will interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization,
maintaining good working relationships and acting as a role model.
Qualifications
Experience
• 3+ years Human Resources experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws and practices
• 1 to 3 years in Human Resources management capacity.
• Contact Center or Hospitality HR experience preferred
Education
• College Degree
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, Outlook, etc.
• HRIS systems knowledge preferred (ADP Enterprise, Peoplesoft, etc.)
• Other HR systems knowledge preferred (Taleo, Kronos, Oracle, etc.)
