What does the role entail?
The Assistant Human Resources Manager will report to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for greeting and assisting all resort employees, applicants and visitors along with maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Additionally, responsibilities include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, employee/labor relations, counseling, safety and training/development. Organizational skills and ability to multi-task are necessary to be successful in this role. The Assistant Human Resources Manager will also handle special projects, coordinate colleague events, maintain the office environment and provide support for a variety of office administrative functions including but not limited to:
