Join our world-class luxury wellness resort as an Integrative Wellbeing Specialist - Ayurvedic Doctor, where you will offer deeply personalized, holistic care rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda. Through individualized consultations, herbal therapies, lifestyle recommendations, and experiential learning, you will guide guests toward harmony of body, mind, and spirit. This role combines ancient wisdom with a refined, guest-centered approach in a serene, high-end setting. This position is ideal for a dedicated Ayurvedic doctor who is passionate about making ancient healing accessible and transformative in a luxurious, guest-centered setting.

Essential Functions:
- Provide customized one-on-one guest consultations on lifestyle issues and wellness planning
- Guide guests in Ayurvedic nutrition, lifestyle, seasonal routines, and self-care practices and herbal formulations
- Prepare and administer Ayurvedic herbal remedies, oils and plant-based tonics and tinctures
- Continuously develop and refine content based on Ayurvedic research, ancient texts, and modern wellness trends
- Provide a variety of lectures, workshops and classes for Miraval guests
- Collaborate with peer colleagues to create tailored guest programs
- Ensure a warm, nurturing, and discreet environment for each client experience
- Maintain materials used in the facilitation of these programs
- Develop new curriculum, as well as manage changes and improvements to existing programs based on current research
- Participate in department meetings
- Keep availability up to date according to departmental standards
- Manage attendance numbers for facilitated classes
- Participate in additional Miraval programs as needed
- Must be able to respond to a wide variety of individual guest needs in the areas of lifestyle management:

- be familiar with community, national and international resources for a variety of guest needs
- be able to relate empathically and helpfully to individual guests
- be able to meaningfully facilitate groups and workshops

- Fulfill marketing requests (i.e.: article requests, blog posts, etc.)

• Formal training and certification as an
Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS or equivalent) required
• Proven experience in Ayurvedic healing modalities
• Strong interpersonal and intuitive skills
• Polished and professional physical presentation, appropriate for brand representation
• Computer proficiency
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable service skills with keen ability to foster and grow client relationships
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • A minimum of 5 years' experience practicing as Ayurvedic Doctor
• Experience working in luxury or hospitality settings preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
