Job Title: Outlet General Manager - Casa Boho
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage
Location: Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort (Casa Boho)
Position Summary:
The Outlet General Manager for Casa Boho is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of Casa Boho, a signature rooftop lifestyle dining and bar concept. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial goals, driving brand identity, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the outlet across all shifts.
- Maintain high service and hygiene standards in accordance with brand and company expectations.
- Coordinate with culinary, bar, and service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback platforms (e.g., Medallia, TripAdvisor) and lead service recovery efforts.
People Management- Recruit, train, coach, and lead a diverse team of service and bar professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training plans for career development.
- Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork.
Financial & Business Management- Achieve outlet revenue targets, manage cost of sales, payroll, and operating expenses.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with Marketing and F&B leadership.
- Analyze P&L reports, implement corrective actions as needed, and maximize profitability.
Guest Experience & Brand Positioning- Uphold and evolve Casa Boho's identity as a vibrant, trendy, and memorable destination.
- Ensure brand alignment in service style, music, atmosphere, uniforms, and overall ambiance.
- Drive repeat business and brand advocacy through guest engagement and local community involvement.
Compliance & Standards- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain all operational SOPs, checklists, and audit documentation.
- Participate in hotel leadership meetings and interdepartmental coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, rooftop bar, or lifestyle venue.
- Proven experience in managing both FOH and BOH operations.
- Strong knowledge of F&B trends, mixology, and restaurant technology systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
