Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Events team, including Word processing, presentation preparation, and account management.
• Assign incoming sales leads to the appropriate team member and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations for internal meetings, external client events, and site inspections.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of client events, ensuring seamless communication with operational departments.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders as needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for client accounts and event documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively.
• Support Sales Managers in follow-up communications, database management, and tracking of sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Sales & Events department.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
•Previous administrative or coordinator experience in hospitality, sales, or events preferred.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and event management software preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative tasks.
•Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 20 lbs. for event materials or meeting setups.
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on event needs.
