We are looking for a well-experiencedSpa Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and spa.
This role will be at a manager level. You will manage the operations of the fitness center, swimming pool, recreational facilities, spa, sauna and therapy areas. You will display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and marketing fitness programs and spa promotions while ensuring that all associates undergo relevant training and coaching so they can successfully perform their job.
Qualifications
• A candidate with progressive experience in fitness center and spa operations gained over the last 5 years in a 5-star luxury property
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar luxury operations
• With experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to drive maximum performance of the Fitness Center and Spa Department
• A dynamic leader with superior communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
