I am a well trained person having worked in hospitality industry for the past 12yrs. I carry with me different concept knowledge having worked in fine dinning,casual dinning and in Bars just to mention. As a manager I have assisted on two restaurants opening and both done very well. I have also achieved recognition while I was at the hamptons cafe our outlet was BBC good food runners up 2018 as the best breakfast sport in dubai and many more achievements while working as a line staff both personal and bar or restaurant recognition. I have studied hotel management and tourism Diploma and also done alot of on job. trainings and off duty trainings . just to mention lobsterink that is a south african best hospitality course. Currently I am working as asst. manager lobby at rixos hotel. I am a flexible person easy to approach well trained on handling problems both guest and staff. I can work under pressure I can work in a quick service restaurant and still manage to handle and control the team. I always finish my duties before deadline and am always open to help where need be. I have also done hiring of staff and training and see the team produce the best in terms of revenue and service. Always ready for new challenges and ready to embrace the change.
