04 March 2022 is the National Employee Appreciation Day!
In celebration of Employee Appreciation Day, we have introduced a campaign that favors the comfort and relaxation of our Employees. From 05 March 2022 - 12 March 2022, all Employees will have a 'one-time option' to reduce their working hours by one (1) hour without any compromise on the attendance policy.
Employees can either:
Category 1: be excused for being late for one hour
Category 2: have an extended lunch break for another hour
Category 3: leave one hour earlier
That extra ‘one hour of rest’ is nothing compared to the many hours you have devoted in keeping our hotels at their maximum efficiency. Accept this small gesture of gratitude as we celebrate ‘YOU’ and all that you do!
