Job Description For Chef de Partie - Breakfast (The Westin Dragonara Resort)

POSITION SUMMARY

As Chef de Partie, you will assisting the Junior Sous Chef and other Chef de Parties to supervise the breakfast section, ensuring it is fully prepared for service times whilst supervising all phases of food production within the section. This will be accomplished through proper training and direction of other kitchen associates, and in complianceto company standards of quality and hygiene as outlined by Marriott Policies.

Qualifications and Skills

There are a range of qualifications, skills and characteristics we are looking for to fill this role successfully. These include:

Supervisory experience in a busy kitchen environment
Formal culinary training diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills as well as a good level of English
Attention to detail
