• Manage the execution of engineering projects required by the hotel.
• Suggest the search for new suppliers.
• Analyze the cost of supplier contracts.
• Determine areas for improvement in energy consumption.
• Approve the daily activities of supervisors and their direct reporting staff.
• Review the progress of all employees.
• Provide guidelines for the development and execution of redesigns and remodeling.
• Provide support in the development of designs by the Engineering, Maintenance, and Design Assistant.
• Review the TGR (Transcendent) maintenance program daily.
• Plan and approve purchase orders.
• Conduct a monthly self-audit.
• Complete the MESH system table (Marriott Digital Program (Environmental Sustainability Hub)) monthly.
• Review and approve Occupational Health and Safety activities.
Academic Qualifications:
Third-level degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building and Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering and construction programs. Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architectural Design, Renewable Energy, Optimization and Engineering, and Industrial Processes, Electronics and Automation, or master's degrees related to engineering and construction.
