EVENTS AT W LONDON
At W London, our Events Executive serves as the central point of contact between the client and the operational delivery team, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution while maintaining the high standards and creative energy that define the W brand. Working under the leadership of our Director of Sales & Marketing, Veronika and the Commercial Team, the Events Executive is responsible for translating client objectives into meticulously executed experiences across W London's standout venues, including the versatile Revolve area-ideal for stylish receptions and brand activations-our 38-seat Screening Room, perfect for private screenings and content showcases, and the vibrant Meeting Studios, designed for impactful board meetings, workshops, and presentations.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Prepare and polish sales documents throughout the client journey-including proposals, contracts, and Event Orders.
- Assemble visually engaging and on-brand sales materials, such as brochures.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute revenue driving strategies across all B&F outlets
- Support the rollout of social media initiatives and beverage promotions that keep our hotel in the spotlight.
- Enter, retrieve, and verify key sales information-commissions, leads, third party data-ensuring accuracy at every step.
- Use thoughtful sales techniques to drive revenue while building on existing guest loyalty to the Marriott and W brands.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest or client experience in a way that feels organic and on-brand.
- Act as an ambassador of W Hotels-promoting our bold, vibrant identity both internally and externally.
- Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about hotel amenities, packages, dining experiences, events, and more.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients-managing communications by phone and email with professionalism and personality.
- Support daily operations with general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and document preparation.
