POSITION SUMMARY

Requisitos Técnicos:
• Formación Académica: Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería en Construcción.
• Incorporado al colegio profesional correspondiente.
• Experiencia en supervisión de obras civiles, mantenimiento de infraestructura y gestión de proyectos en entornos hoteleros, comerciales o institucionales.

Conocimientos Técnicos:
• Normativas locales de construcción y seguridad.
• Lectura e interpretación de planos estructurales, arquitectónicos y electromecánicos.
• Gestión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Conocimiento de software técnico (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
• Conocimientos básicos de instalaciones eléctricas, hidráulicas y sanitarias.

Habilidades:
• Liderazgo y gestión de equipos técnicos.
• Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
• Comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente interno.
• Organización y manejo de presupuestos.

Función Principal:
• Supervisar, coordinar y ejecutar las actividades relacionadas con el mantenimiento, reparación y mejora de la infraestructura física del hotel, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y funcionalidad requeridos para la operación eficiente del establecimiento.

Responsabilidades Específicas:
• Planificar y supervisar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en estructuras, acabados, techos, pisos, muros, y demás elementos constructivos del hotel.
• Coordinar con contratistas externos y proveedores para la ejecución de obras civiles menores y remodelaciones.
• Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones para identificar necesidades de mantenimiento o mejoras.
• Elaborar informes técnicos, presupuestos y cronogramas de trabajo.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad ocupacional y construcción durante la ejecución de trabajos.
• Gestionar el inventario de materiales y herramientas necesarios para las labores de infraestructura.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para atender requerimientos específicos relacionados con la infraestructura.
• Participar en la planificación de proyectos de mejora o expansión del hotel desde la perspectiva estructural.
• Capacitar y supervisar al personal técnico asignado al área de infraestructura.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid Driver's License
