The story of Vagelyn Tumbaga Pacio is inspiring - from being a humble farm girl, to Director of Human Resources of Dusit Thani Dubai, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai and finally becoming a CEO of her dream hotel and resort in her home town in the Philippines.
Vagelyn is a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic personality with 15 years of extensive UAE experience in HR and Hotel Operations and Management. Armed with degrees in Political Science Magna Cum Laude and Bachelor of Laws, she rose from the ranks – as HR Assistant of Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa, Assistant HR Manager of Dusit Residence, Cluster Director of HR of Al Hamra Hotels, General Manager of Acacia Hotel and Deputy Director of Ice Land Water Park.
