General Manager position (pan India)

Staff Training and Development:

Evaluate the existing staff's skills and identify areas for improvement.
Implement training programs to enhance service quality, guest interactions, and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive work culture and encourage ongoing professional development.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

Conduct guest feedback analysis to understand areas needing improvement.
Implement measures to enhance customer service, personalize guest experiences, and address any recurring issues raised by guests.
Ensure consistent service standards throughout the property.

Operational Efficiency:

Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
Review workflows in departments like housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and front office for optimization opportunities.
Implement technology solutions to automate tasks and improve operational effectiveness.
Revenue Management and Sales

Strategy:

Analyze revenue data and market trends to develop effective pricing strategies.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for revenue growth, including group bookings, partnerships, and promotions.
Implement revenue management practices to maximize profits and occupancy rates.

Physical Property Upkeep and
Renovation:

Assess the condition of the property and prioritize necessary renovations or upgrades.
Ensure maintenance schedules are followed to keep the property in top condition.
Balance the need for renovations with guest comfort and minimize disruptions during improvements.
Community Engagement and

Relationships:

Develop relationships with the local community, businesses, and tourism organizations.
Explore partnerships or collaborations to attract more visitors and enhance the hotel's reputation.

Sustainability Initiatives:

Implement environmentally friendly practices to reduce the hotel's carbon footprint.
Introduce sustainability programs for waste management, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.

Financial Management:

Review the hotel's financial performance and identify areas for cost-saving without compromising quality.
