The CMD Secretary provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chairman & Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and professional handling of sensitive matters. This role requires a high level of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
1. Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the CMD’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle confidential correspondence, files, and documentation with discretion.
Draft, proofread, and manage official communications, letters, emails, and reports.
2. Communication & Liaison
Act as the point of contact between CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with department heads, hotel units, board members, and external partners on behalf of CMD.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
3. Travel & Event Management
Arrange national and international travel, visa processing, accommodation, and logistics for CMD.
Coordinate CMD’s participation in conferences, business forums, or board meetings.
Support in organizing corporate-level events and meetings chaired by CMD.
4. Office & Documentation Management
Maintain and organize office systems and records for easy retrieval.
Prepare presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and documentation as per the CMD's instructions.
Ensure all documentation related to CMD is up-to-date and well-organized.
5. Strategic & Confidential Support
Assist CMD in day-to-day operations and special projects.
Handle confidential matters with utmost integrity and discretion.
Track and follow up on delegated tasks and deadlines.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role supporting top leadership.
