Identify and target potential MICE clients through research, networking, and sales calls.
Maintain existing accounts and ensure repeat business through strong client relationships.
Conduct site inspections and present the hotel’s MICE capabilities to potential clients.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts with MICE clients.
Participate in sales activities such as trade shows, roadshows, and client events.
Assist in preparing and executing sales action plans specific to the MICE market.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agents.
Provide personalized support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the banquet, front office, and other relevant departments to ensure successful execution of events.
Communicate client requirements clearly and ensure they are fulfilled to the highest standards.
Ensure all event details are properly documented and shared with all relevant teams.
Maintain and update MICE database and sales tools (e.g., CRM).
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast updates.
