Job Description For Analyst, Collections LATAMC

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Analyst, Collections LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires , Argentina .

PropÃ³sito

Gestionar funciones especÃficas del Ã¡rea financiera vinculadas al anÃ¡lisis, reconciliaciÃ³n y aplicaciÃ³n de pagos de cuentas internacionales, asegurando una correcta imputaciÃ³n de pagos y minimizando saldos sin aplicar. AdemÃ¡s, realizar ajustes y conciliaciones de percepciones de impuestos (retenciones) y de IVA (cuando corresponda), incluyendo imputaciones y otros ajustes contables. El rol tambiÃ©n incluye la asignaciÃ³n de cuentas especÃficas para gestiÃ³n de cobranzas, contacto directo con franquiciados y conciliaciones de cuenta.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

Seguimiento, IdentificaciÃ³n, anÃ¡lisis, conciliaciÃ³n e imputaciÃ³n de pagos internacionales, incluyendo diferencias por tipo de cambio
ValidaciÃ³n de alÃcuotas de retenciones, segÃºn el paÃs que corresponda, y procesamiento de ajustes correspondientes
Apoyo en el envÃo de facturas y saldos de deuda a los franquiciados

EducaciÃ³n y experiencia

TÃtulo universitario o carrera en curso: Contabilidad, Finanzas, AdministraciÃ³n de Empresas o carrera afÃn
1 a 2 aÃ±os de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro de Ã¡reas de cobranzas, cuentas por cobrar
Nivel intermedio de inglÃ©s. PortuguÃ©s es un plus
Nivel intermedio de Excel (tablas dinÃ¡micas, fÃ³rmulas y VLOOKUP deseable)
Experiencia trabajando con clientes internos y externos, idealmente en entornos regionales o multiculturales
Conocimiento de retenciones fiscales e impuestos locales en paÃses de AmÃ©rica Latina es un plus
