My duties and Responsibilities
▪ Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests and staffs
▪ Responsible for all communication between the housekeeping department and other departments
▪ Answer the telephone according to our hotel standards and record incoming requests and messages in order to
communicate this information to particular person
▪ Follow telephone etiquette at all times i.e., polite and courteous while answering the phone
▪ Ensure all discrepancy report of the day (11:00am and 15:00pm) is monitored and submit a copy to the
reception before end of shift
▪ Receive Lost and Found items, record, and store them as per standard. handle the claiming and dispose of any
Lost and Found item in the system
▪ Handle the safekeeping, recording, collection of all master keys in the Housekeeping Office to ensure a safe
and secure work environment
• File Housekeeping records and reports as per housekeeping guidelines
▪ Follow up on all pending maintenance with IT and Engineering departments
▪ Handle ‘DND’ rooms. Ensure to call the Guest by 15:00pm and ask they will need service
▪ Make requisition of items needed to ensure smooth operations
▪ Keep a complete updated inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies
▪ Take Inventory of all items and submit daily consumption report of the day to cost control department
▪ Making sure all guest laundry is delivered on time and bill are posted by end of day.
▪ Ensured all the master keys are submitted to the housekeeping office before end of duty.
▪ Ensuring all departmental briefing issues is followed up.
▪ Ensured all staffs attend mandatory meetings, training activities, and all other work-related activities as
required
▪ Provides assistance to the staff when required and other duties assigned by the housekeeping in-charge from
time to time, and other managers
▪ Assist with the preparation of duty roster weekly schedules
Position: HK Minibar Attendant
Responsibilities and Duties:
▪ Raising of checks and maintaining Mini bar Register.
▪ Stock and replace missing items, inspect, move and clean the mini-bars in accordance with departmental
procedures and policies.
▪ Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of mini bar stock.
▪ Responsible for replenishment of Mini bar items in rooms.
▪ Ensure Mini-Bar items are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
▪ Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting Mini-Bar service.
▪ Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
▪ Communicate effectively with Supervisor of any issues or concerns
▪ Report all mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues.
▪ Raise store requisition and maintain Inventory report
▪ Ensure all checklist are followed including completing assigned floors, cleanliness of assigned mini- bars and
menus are present
▪ Ensure all daily consumption inventory report is complete and refill reports are accurately filled out at the end
of every shift

▪ Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances
▪ Report any damaged linen to the supervisor
▪ Assists in any emergency procedures and attend all training sessions as required.
▪ Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times.
▪ Submit master key to the supervisor before end of duty
