    Key Responsibilities:
    As Transport Planner
     Involved in managing company fleet of light and heavy vehicles, organizing transportation of company workers and employees.
     Coordinate transit warehousing and organizational logistics for transiting goods. Generate delivery number for the orders placed in the system.
     Prepare and manage order plans from plants and follow up on daily shipments from plants and warehouses.
     Reschedule shipping date of orders based on customer requirements and cancel orders as per request from sales and customer service request.
     Manage logistics related to advancing and postponing of orders based on requests and monitor shipments from plants on daily basis.
     Collaborate with the senior leadership team in planning and purchasing new vehicles for the organization based on evaluated vendor quotations.
     Work with department staff including dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles. Follow up with various department heads pertaining to vehicle requirements.
     Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
    As Executive Secretary
     Rendered secretarial and administrative support to the logistics director based on organizational policies and procedures.
     Demonstrated expertise in drafting and presenting memos and other office correspondence for the Logistics Director & Ums in both Arabic and English.
     Prepared business related presentations for the logistics director. Translated documents from Arabic to English and English to Arabic for both Logistics Director and Logistics Ums.
     Ensured issuance of Logistics Generated Reports such as Customer Service, Stock Status, Expiry, Remnants and Logistics Monthly Score Card.
     Managed hotel reservations and other travel arrangements and organized business trips to the Logistics Director.
