Every Saturday, BAI Bar & Terrace at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View brings the smoke indoors with The Boneyard BBQ Brunch — an afternoon packed with bold flavors, live entertainment, and a lively atmosphere, all in the comfort of our stylish indoor space.
Here’s How It Works
Start with dips and snacks to warm up your appetite. Then, get ready as a series of small plates is delivered straight to your table — think BBQ Chicken Wings, Fried Baby Squid, Crispy Fried Chicken, and Padron Peppers.
Once you’ve settled in, it’s time for the stars of the show: the BBQ Trays. Choose to share or go all in on your own — from Seafood Jambalaya and Smoked Lamb Ribs to Tender Beef Brisket and Stuffed Poblano Peppers, the trays are packed with flavor. Whether you're into seafood, smoked meats, or keeping it vegetarian, there's something for everyone.
To finish, desserts are served to the table to share, including Key Lime Pie, Fat Churros, and a rich Dark Chocolate Cremosa.
All of this is paired with free-flowing drinks for three hours — including bottled beers, house wines, spirits, cocktails, and mocktails.
